100th birthday celebration

Agnes Furtado turned 100 years old Oct. 5. She is the wife of the late John C. Furtado and was a lifelong resident of North Providence until moving to Johnston. She has two daughters, six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. Agnes has been a hard worker, always there for her family. She enjoys dancing, laughing, bingo, playing cards, bowling, and having a good time. (Submitted photo)
