The fence that divided the Dave’s Marketplace parking lot at Hoxsie Four Corners causing confusion and frustration last Tuesday was removed on Saturday, according to Sue Budlong, marketing and communications manager. The fence extended down the parking lot of the Home Loan Plaza on Airport Road, separating lanes of parking between the plaza and neighboring Dave’s and cutting off access to Warwick Avenue. Debates over whether Dave’s or Home Loan put up the fence ensued, prompting Dave’s to speak up and say it wasn’t them. But on Friday, Budlong contacted the Beacon, cheerily saying the parties had met to resolve communication issues and that the fence would be removed. (Warwick Beacon photo)
