More than 20 area restaurants cooked up some of their best dishes for the Warwick Rotary Club Gourmet Gala held Wednesday night at the Radisson Hotel. It was a hit with more than 420 people buying tickets to the gala thereby supporting the club’s charitable foundation and its community work. Janis Constantine, co-chair of the gala with Dean Scanlon, estimates the evening raised $17,000. This was the seventh annual gala that Constantine cooked up as a means to support Rotary’s charitable works.
