Members of Boy Scout Troop 49 Lakewood and their families delivered fresh, bushy wreaths to more than 200 homes on Saturday. The troop has run the wreath sale for the past 15 years, raising most of the budget to support troop activities throughout the year. The scouts decorated the wreaths with bows, pinecones and ornaments before loading them into vehicles for delivery. As one parent observed after loading the family car, “The wreath smell is better in the car than the kids.”
