City of Warwick employees and management donated hundreds of pounds of food and more than 300 toys for the St. Rita’s Church party held last weekend at the church. Scott Small, Dave and Ken Picozzi coordinate the drive including many volunteers that has been run for the past eight years. Donated food goes to the church food cupboard that assists needy families throughout the year. Here, a crew comprised of Dave Barber Sr., Colin Channel, Bobby Rollinson and Steve Faltus make a delivery to the church on Friday.

Nice that our taxes are being spent so that city workers can give free food and toys away to a private, religious institution.

They want toys and food? Pray to god.

Justanidiot....you sound like you need to be volunteering yourself or donating if you seem to be mad at this article! Some people may not be as lucky and fortunate as yourself. You have no clue why they are asking for help. Some people such as yourself just love to whine and complain and won't get off their high horse to do anything themselves. When was the last time you volunteered, donating your time , food? The article is simply showing how our city workers have hearts and helped out and probably walked away feeling good about themselves that they helped....something maybe you should try.
