Scooping up the pine needles

Using plastic scoop mitts, it didn’t take Michael Drumm too long to fill a barrel with leaves and pine needles during Saturday’s cleanup of Brayton Cemetery in Apponaug conducted by the Warwick Historical Cemetery Commission. Assisting with the annual cleanup were 25 Johnson & Wales students looking to complete service hours for their fraternities and sororities.
