The weather couldn’t have been more cooperative, a relief from prior years when wind and even rain made it a challenge. Boaters had the opportunity to catch up on the news, talk about cruising and racing plans for the summer and trade advice on dealing with engine and fiberglass issues. Some were even prepared to have their boats launched that afternoon.
