St. Bendict’s parish celebrating special religious development Mass May 16

St. Benedict’s parish at 135 Beach Ave. will hold a SPRED Liturgy at the 4 p.m. Mass on May 16.

SPRED (Special Religious Development) is a religious program for the physically or mentally challenged. Special friends from St. Benedict, St. Kevin, St. Timothy, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Gregory the Great, Sts. Rose & Clements, St. Mary in Cranston as well as St. Francis de Sales in North Kingstown will be in attendance. They will prepare the altar and bring the gifts during Mass.

All are welcome to attend the Mass and the open house that will follow, where refreshments will be served in the Parish Hall.
