The Rhode Island Interscholastic League will host a Student Sport Leaders Workshop March 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at North Kingstown High School.
The workshop is designed for sport team captains, but any RIIL member school student-athlete may attend. The workshop is a collaboration between the Rhode Island Interscholastic League and the newly formed RIIL Student Advisory Board. The goal of the interactive workshop is to provide student sport team captains/leaders with important information to help them improve their leadership skills and understanding of key issues affecting their schools and teams. There is a $10 fee per attendee. Space is limited to the first 250 registered students. Register online at www.riil.org by clicking on the “Tickets” icon.
