As part of the Apponaug “Music for a Summer Nite” series, Gayle Reid, Bib Hood, Marc Cary and Roger Walsh of Uncle Chubby performed on the steps of City Hall last Thursday. Sponsored by the Apponaug Improvement Association, the series continues Aug. 11 when the Llyod Kaplan Quartet brings jazz to the village. The performances are free…just bring your lawn chair.
