When Summer Erikson said she was thinking of selling lemonade from a stand at her home on Symonds Avenue in Conimicut, her uncle Dan Ouelette didn’t waste any time. Overnight he built a stand including colorful signage declaring Summertime’s Lemonade. By Sunday afternoon, Summer had sold 42 glasses produced from fresh squeezed lemons.
