Susan E. (James) Whitehead, 92, of Warwick passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014 at Kent Regency. She was the wife of the late Thomas A. Whitehead.
Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Lionel H. and Mary (Whitney) James. Mrs. Whitehead was a packer for A.T. Cross until her retirement in 1986 and had previously worked for many years at Bulova Watch Co. She enjoyed meeting people and traveling.
She was the beloved mother of Charles T. Whitehead of Warwick and the late Alan A. Whitehead and John J. Whitehead. Loving grandmother of four; and great-grandmother of six. Caring sister of Charles T. James of Johnston, Lillian C. Hassett of Cranston and the late Louis L., William V., Gordon A., George L., Allen H., and Dorothy James and Marge H. Martini.
Funeral Services will be private.
