Susan R. (Heiderich) Mullen, 63, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Kent Hospital. She was the wife of the late Robert P. Mullen.
She was a daughter of the late David Heiderich and Ruth (Jordan) DeRensis. Susan was formerly employed as a CNA at the Warwick Health Care Center and Coventry Health Center. She was a member of the Oakland Beach Volunteer Fire Co. Auxiliary.
She is survived by her daughters, Patricia A. Marsich, Rae-Denise Dowling, Debbie L. Franco and Kelly E. Roberts; sixteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two nieces, Donna Heiderich, Susan Yarborough and one nephew David Yarborough. She was the mother of the late George E. Schmeider; sister of the late George and Patricia Heiderich.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 10 a.m. in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 p.m.
