and delicious cuisine while strolling through 25,000
square feet of gallery space in the unique setting
of Johnson & Wales Culinary Arts Museum in
Providence, RI. With exhibits such as the Culinary
Beginnings gallery, highlighting tools and utensils used
centuries ago and the Pantheon of Chefs gallery, charting
the history of the chef from servant to celebrity, this
tasting event is not to be missed.
All proceeds to benefit the mentoring programs of
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ocean State!
