Their very own dictionaries

All Warwick third graders in public and parochial schools were given dictionaries Tuesday as the Warwick Rotary Club’s dictionary project, which is now celebrating its 11th year. Club members fanned out to bring the dictionaries directly to the classes. As is the custom, the mayor and top school officials were present at one school. The choice this year was Robertson. Club member Steve Hinger, who suggested the project after reading it was being done by a club in South Carolina, has spearheaded the Warwick project all these years. He said 840 dictionaries were distributed this year.
