On All Saints Day, celebrated Nov. 1, first graders at St. Peter School celebrated the lives of their patron saint by dressing in costume for a school-wide All Saints Day Mass. The children in Mrs. Anne Robinson’s classroom, seen here, spent the first six weeks of school learning about their patron saints and why they are honored. They then dressed in the costume of their saint for the special mass. The first grade class participated in the mass with music, readings and presentation of the offertory gifts. This special mass was much anticipated amongst the students and was well attended by the St. Peter School and Parish community. (Photo courtesy of Bethany Mascena Tracy)
