A host of retailers at Warwick Mall, including mall co-managing partner Aram Garabedian, signed an employer support of the guard and reserve (ESGR) statement in ceremonies Friday at the mall. Garabedian also received an ESGR Patriot Award for his role in spearheading completion of the WWII monument in Providence. Garabedian served two years in active duty in the Army and eight years in the Reserves, where he retired as a captain. Here, Garabedian talks about the monument project before a lineup of store representatives after signing the statement.
