Congratulations to all (almost 100) students mentioned above. Congrats as well to their teachers and principals.
Education is a team effort reflected by the success of the student.
Taxpayers are paying $160,000,000 for the school budget and Warwick still has
1. Teachers with no contracts
2. Students with no Chromebooks
3. Buildings that are literally falling down and
4. A Mayor that refuses to get involved.
I won't be that kind of mayor. Before I turn over $160,000,000 of taxpayers hard earned money I am going to ask for some accountability from the School Department.
Enjoy Autumn everyone.
Richard Corrente
Endorsed Democrat for Mayor

For the students named in this article, you should rightly be proud of your accomplishments.
To the parents who are seeing the blatantly political statement by a candidate for office who is using your children's accomplishments to post campaign talking points, I encourage you to join me and the thousands of voters in Warwick who are tired of his behavior and will reject his candidacy on Nov. 8.
