Thomas D. Clark, 51, of 2220 Warwick Ave., died May 22, 2012 at Home & Hospice Care of RI. He was the husband of the late Mary Ann (Beaulieu) Clark.

A son of Clara J. (Nash) Clark and the late Wayne W. Clark, Sr. Thomas was a member of the Cerebral Palsy Olympics and was CB Radio operator with the handle “Dream Weaver”. He was a computer wiz and repairman for the Meadowbrook Terrace Community.

Father of Robert T. Clark; brother of Daniel J. Clark and the late Wayne W. Clark, Jr. and James S. Clark.

His funeral service will be held Thursday, May 24, 2012 in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial will be Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 p.m.
