Thomas J. Egan, age 93, of Warwick, died at home on January 30, 2014. He was the husband of the late Rita A. (Guckian) Egan.

Born in Providence, the son of the late Thomas J. and Irene (Bouchard) Egan, he lived in Warwick since 1951. He was a United States Army Air Force veteran of World War II and served as a gunner on a B24 bomber. Mr. Egan was a water meter technician at the former ALCO Engineering in Providence before retiring.

He is survived by two daughters: Donna J. Cambio of West Warwick and Joan D’Agostino of Saunderstown; and a grandson, Christopher Spellman. He was the father of the late Thomas J. Egan, Jr.; and the brother of the late Virginia Simmons.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 4, at 10 a.m. from the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Peter Church, 350 Fair Street, Warwick.
