Born and bred in Rhode Island, singer-songwriter Tim Charron lives in Nashville and Florida during the fall and winter months, respectively. But every summer, he returns to the Ocean State to perform for family, friends and fans. This August, he’s set to share songs from his latest album, “Chasing the Sun,” at various venues across the state and Massachusetts. Dates include Aug. 9 at the Bolton Fair in Lancaster, Mass.; Aug. 10, he’ll perform during the Benefit Concert for Project New Hope Inc. at the KasBar, in Worcester, Mass.; Aug. 15 at the Washington County Fair in Richmond; and Aug. 23 at Newport Grand Slots. On Sept. 22, he’ll open for country artist Chris Young at Indian Ranch in Webster, Mass.
