To purchase infant warmers

Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Eastern New England recently donated $23,153 to Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island to purchase seven infant warmers for the Labor, Delivery and Recovery Unit. The organization’s total giving to Women & Infants in recent years has reached nearly $75,000. New radiant infant warmers will be placed in each of the hospital’s 19 labor and delivery rooms as part of a renovation project to modernize the rooms as well as vital equipment. The project will also create a roomier and more comfortable environment for patients and caregivers.
