When Bob Deering, who lives on Madison Street, went to get into his car June 28 he spotted two turkey hens and a brood of six little ones in his rear view mirror. “They crossed the street, walked by and took little notice of me,” he relates. So Deering got out his camera and caught this “endearing” shot.
