Operation Stand Down will give away coats, gloves, hats, blankets and toiletries to homeless and low income veterans at the Providence VA Medical Center on Oct. 28 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
OSDRI has more than one hundred coats donated by the local community to give away. Last year hundreds of veterans benefited from the annual coat giveaway.
