Savage and Savage 11, DeGiulio Insurance 7

Savage and Savage defeated a strong DeGiulio team 11-7 behind the bats of Stephen Soulliere and Jack Hornstein. Soulliere had two hits, a double, a single and two RBIs. Hornstein contributed a hit of his own, which plated two runs. Hornstein pitched four innings for the winning team and Thomas D’Andrea closed the game with two strong innings of relief.

DeGiulio Insurance had strong hitting performances from Aiden Comer and Max Turner. Each had two hits and several RBIs. Aiden Moreira added an RBI double in the losing effort. Brendan McCaffrey pitched a solid outing for DeGiulio Insurance.

Brennan’s Braces 2, Coastway 0

In what turned out to be a pitchers’ duel, Brennan’s Braces walked away with a 2-0 win. Brennan’s Braces’ DJ Sollitto and Coastway’s Colin Lemieux both provided their teams with solid pitching. Sollitto pitched four scoreless innings, giving up one hit, while striking out eight. Lemieux pitched a gem of his own, also pitching four innings. Lemieux gave up one run on one hit and struck out nine.

Brennan’s Braces opened the scoring in the fourth inning. Aaron Narcavage started the inning with a leadoff walk. Narcavage went on to steal second base during the next at bat. Chase Pariseau followed Narcavage with a triple to right field, plating the game’s first run. Pariseau would later score Brennan’s second run on a passed ball by the catcher. As it turned out, two runs would be all that Brennan’s would need, as Pariseau entered to pitch in the fifth and pitched two scoreless innings to complete the game.

Dylan Radock had Coastway’s lone hit and also pitched a scoreless inning in relief.

Savage and Savage 11, Donelan’s Reps 3

Donelan’s Reps jumped out to a two-run lead in the first inning on a two-run home run by Sean Gallagher. Gallagher drove in Cullen McGrew, who singled in the first.

Savage and Savage took the lead by scoring four runs in the third inning. It never trailed from that point on. Savage and Savage totaled 11 runs on the day. Bobby Vale led the hitting attack by hitting a home run and driving in four runs. Colby Barker and Cam Nadeau each added a double and two runs scored. Thane Denton and Anthony Blade both pitched well in the winning effort.

DeGiulio Insurance 13,Coastway 1

DeGiulio’s Brendan McCaffrey and Max Turner both pitched well, allowing three hits and one run in the winning effort. Turner and JJ Tourgee had great days at the plate for DeGiulio. Turner had three hits, including a double, and drove in five runs. Tourgee also had three hits on the day. Dylan Cunetta added a triple and two RBIs. AJ Ferreira had two of Coastway’s three hits.

Brennan’s Braces 7, Donelan’s Reps 2

Brennan’s Braces walked away with the victory on this night behind the bats of Kenny Rix and Dom Brazeau. Rix went 2-for-2 with a single, a double and three RBIs. Brazeau added two hits and two runs scored. Aaron Narcavage, DJ Sollitto, Aiden Viveiros and Sean O’Donnell each had one hit and Chase Pariseau drew three walks on the night.

Brazeau pitched four innings in the winning effort. Brazeau gave up two runs on one hit while striking out six. Rix and Pariseau combined to strike out five of the final six batters to secure the victory.

Sean Gallagher drove in both of Donelan’s runs with a double.

Coastway 4, Savage and Savage 3

Coastway Credit Union knocked Savage and Savage from the undefeated ranks with a hard-fought, 4-3 victory. Colin Lemieux dominated the day for Coastway. Lemieux pitched four solid innings, surrendering two runs while striking out 14 batters. In addition to the dominant pitching effort, Lemieux added a home run, two walks and three runs scored. Dylan Radock added two hits and John Abatiello added a hit and two RBIs.

Anthony Blade pitched solid in defeat. Blade, who pitched a complete game, gave up three earned runs on five hits while striking out nine batters. Cam Nadeau, Jack Hornstein and Jaden Rodas each had hits for Savage and Savage.

Brennan’s Braces 23, Coastway 2

Brennan’s bats dominated the night, accounting for 23 runs. Aaron Narcavage led all Brennan hitters with four hits, two of which were doubles. Narcavage also scored four runs. Dom Brazeau also had two doubles in a 3-for-3 effort. Kenny Rix went 2-for-3 with three RBIs and a walk and Chase Pariseau added two hits, two RBIs and a base on balls.

Also contributing to the cause were Chris Scalzo, who had two hits, a walk and three RBIs and DJ Sollitto, who drove in three runs on his hit. Jeriel Garcia had two hits on the day and drove in a run. Bobby Court and Aiden Viveiros each had hits as well. Colin Lemieux had two of Coastway’s three hits, including a home run. He scored both of Coastway’s runs.

Sean O’Donnell, Danny Halliwell, Narcavage, Rix and Pariseau all had solid pitching efforts for Brennan’s.

Donelan’s 12, Coastway 10

Donelan’s Reps overcame an eight-run deficit and won the game in dramatic fashion as Sean Gallagher hit a walk-off, two-run home run in the bottom of the sixth to earn the win.

Coastway jumped out to an early 9-1 lead behind the strong bats of Colin Lemieux (double and triple), John Abatiello, Dylan Radock and Adam Letourneau (double), who each had two hits on the day. Mason Gagnon also helped Coastway’s cause with a hit and two RBIs.

Sean Gallagher’s three hits, which included a double and home run, sparked the Donelan comeback. Gallagher had three RBIs on the night. Zack Dimezza added two hits, an RBI and a run scored in the winning effort. Cullen McGrew, Nick Lynch and Jalen Dennis also had hits for Donelan’s. Dennis picked up the win on this night, pitching a solid final two innings of the game. Dennis gave up one run on one hit and struck out six.

DeGiulio Insurance 9, Donelan’s Reps 8

Cullen McGrew’s two home runs were not enough to secure a victory for Donelan’s Reps on this day, as Donelan’s fell to DeGiulio, 9-8. DeGiulio built an early lead behind the strong hitting of Lucas Hemond, JJ Tourgee, Dylan Cunetta and Seamus Comer.

Devyn Robbins and Colin Moran hit well for Donelan’s. Brendan McCaffrey, who came on in relief for DeGiulio, pitched solid, recording the final three outs of the game.

Savage and Savage 17, DeGiulio Insurance 14

In a high scoring contest that would produce several lead changes throughout the night, DeGiulio prevailed in the end. Thane Denton had a big night at the plate, producing two home runs, one of which was a grand slam. Tom D’Andrea also added a home run for DeGiulio and Tyler Cote had two RBIs in the winning effort.

DeGiulio plated its runs on the strong bats of Brendan McCaffrey and Dylan Bourret, who each had three hits and two RBIs. Max Turner also contributed three hits and Dylan Cunetta had two hits in the losing effort.

DeGiulio Insurance 17, Coastway 9

Coastway Credit Union took an 8-7 lead into the fourth inning, before DeGiulio Insurance exploded for nine runs in the bottom of the fourth to take command of the game.

Leading the DeGiulio charge were Lucas Hemond, Max Turner and Brendan McCaffrey, who all had multi-hit games. McCaffrey and Ethan Cunetta both had doubles and Turner produced a triple and two RBIs. JJ Tourgee added a hit, RBI and a run scored.

Coastway scored its runs on the hitting of AJ Ferreira, who tallied two hits and an RBI and Logan Marks, who also had two hits and an RBI. Peter Masse, Adam Letourneau, Vito Vinceguerra, Dylan Radock, Mason Gagnon and John Abatiello also had hits for Coastway.

Brennan’s Braces 8, Donelan’s Senators 3

Brennan’s Braces opened up a one-run game in the fifth on a two-run home run by Aiden Viveiros.

Donelan’s got on the board in the bottom of the first. After three consecutive walks, Sean Gallagher grounded out hard to the shortstop to plate the first run. Donelan’s held on to the one-run lead on the strong pitching of Cullen McGrew. McGrew pitched a solid 4 1/3 innings. DJ Sollitto led off the fifth with a triple for Brennan’s. After giving up two runs in the fifth, McGrew was replaced. Brennan’s went on to score five more runs in the fifth and one in the sixth to secure the victory.

Donelan’s scored two runs in the fifth on a hit by Zack Dimezza. Kaden Madden also hit well for Donelan’s.

Kenny Rix pitched two scoreless innings in relief, striking out four batters for Brennan’s and Domenic Brazeau recorded the last four outs of the game to secure the win.

Brennan’s Braces 9, DeGiulio Insurance 2

 

Dom Brazeau, Kenny Rix and Chase Pariseau combined to strike out 13 batters in this regular season game. The trio limited DeGiulio insurance to two runs on four hits.

Rix led the Brennan hitting attack, going 3-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored. Jeriel Garcia and Jack O’Connell each had two hits and were responsible for several runs scored by the home team. Sean O’Donnell had a single and an RBI.

Dom Brazeau opened the scoring for Brennan’s with a double to deep left field. The double plated Aaron Narcavage, who led off the inning with a walk. Chase Pariseau then plated Brazeau with a single of his own. After a stolen base, Rix drove in Pariseau with a single to give Brennan’s a 3-0 lead.

The DeGiulio runs were credited to the bats of Lucus Hemond, who went 2-for-3 with a run scored and Max Turner, who had a hit and an RBI. Dylan Bourret added a hit and a walk.
