Brian and Tamara Carpenter of Warwick announce the birth of their daughter, Dakota Morgan Carpenter, on June 7, 2012 at Women & Infants’ Hospital, Providence. She weighed 8 lbs. and was 20½ inches long at birth. She is also welcomed by her brother, Brian, age 3.

Maternal grandparents are Victor and Joan Carpenter of Warwick.

Paternal grandmother is Olivia Abdow of Fall River, Mass.
