City crews started removing the fence that separates the 41 city-owned acres of Rocky Point from the state’s land yesterday. Removal of the fence is the final step in integrating the two properties into one coastal park, which will now be available to residents, visitors and tourists. In the spring, a portion of the removed fence will be recycled and installed at the Mickey Stevens Sports Complex. The remainder will be utilized at ball fields throughout the city as the need arises. (Warwick Beacon photo)

City workers working, you won't see Bob cote posting pictures of that. He just follows guys for 40 hours and shows the 20 minutes of down time instead of the 39 hours and 40 minutes of work. (That's an exaggeration but the point is clear)
