William F. D’Angelos, Sr., 68, passed away February 8, 2014 at the Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian, Florida.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Francisco and Elena (Schiano) D’Angelos. Mr. D’Angelos was a bridge operator for Amtrak for many years before retiring and a PGA Golf pro for the Seaview Country Club in Warwick. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
William was the husband of Patricia A. (Hehir) D’Angelos; father of William F. D’Angelos, Jr. and Stephen E. D’Angelos; grandfather of Stephen, Lauren, Sara, Sofia and William D’Angelos; brother of Stephen D’Angelos and the late Thomas D’Angelos. He was the companion of Jacqueline Foley.
His funeral service will be held on Friday, February 14, at 10 a.m. in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 p.m. Information and condolences, visit TheQuinnFuneralHome.com
