Yolande B. (Bailey) Moulton, 85, of Warwick passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014 at Sunny View Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late John A. Moulton.
Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Thomas R. and Yolanda T. (Gagnon) Bailey. Mrs. Moulton was a teacher and librarian in Warwick public schools. She was a graduate of Brown University and received her Masters of Library Science from U.R.I. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
She is survived by her children, Catherine E. O’Neil of Erie, Pennsylvania, Mary E. Moulton of Herndon, Virginia, Diane M. Shipley of Melbourne, Florida, Laura J. Ryan of Smithfield and Tomas B. Moulton of Warwick; a sister Mary A Brousseau of West Warwick; and ten grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church, 3250 Post Road, Warwick. Burial will follow in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours respectfully omitted.
