To the Editor:
America has always been great.
Last Saturday, June 15, I was yard saling at Arlington Avenue in Warwick. When I went to pay for my treasures, the owner of the home said, “Your $20 change is all paid for by the gentlemen standing beside you!”
I was so surprised, to say the least, and I thanked him! Kindness and goodhearted people have always existed in Rhode Island.
Thank you again, sir, you made my day.
