Antonio “Tony” Stasio Jr., 72, of West Warwick, passed away Sunday evening, September 8, 2019 with his longtime companion, Sheila Rozes, by his side.
Born in West Warwick, he was the son of the late Antonio Sr. and Eleanor (Medeiros) Stasio. Mr. Stasio was a lifelong resident of West Warwick. Tony found great satisfaction in his thirty plus years of bartending for various restaurants and banquet facilities. He was a lover of the American Song Book, particularly the music of Frank Sinatra.
Besides his companion, he leaves a daughter, Lisa M. Murray and her husband Steven of Warwick, two grandchildren, Olivia and Keaghan Murray; a sister, Sandra Sacchetti of West Warwick; and his former wife Cheryl Stasio.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the PrataGallogly Funeral Home, 78 Providence St., West Warwick, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, 820 Providence St. West Warwick.
