Banjo Bob All-Stars Dixieland Band in concert Jan. 27

Enjoy a concert of New Orleans Jazz by the Banjo Bob All-Stars Dixieland Band at Warwick Library on Sunday, January 27 at 2 p.m. Also known as Dixieland and Traditional Jazz, New Orleans Jazz is happy and joyful music. Hear an authentic performance by six of New England’s hottest musicians Jeff Hughes on trumpet, Dr. John Clark on clarinet and sax, Dan Fox on trombone, Jon Wheatley on guitar, Justin Meyer on bass fiddle, and Bill Reynolds on drums. The All-Stars will play a selection of Banjo Bob Sundstroms Dixieland favorites in honor of the prominent and beloved Rhode Island jazz banjo player. For more information call 739-5440 x9758.
