Beverly D. (Gibson) Oliver, 77, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Gerard D. Jones, who passed away, September 13, 2017.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late William and Hazel (Marshall) Gibson.
She was the mother of James P. Oliver, II, Melony M. Bronswood, Jason W. Oliver, Barbara L. Jones, and Marion Goddard; grandmother of James P. Oliver, III, Eric J. Oliver, Savanah M. Bronswood, and Joseph G. Jones; sister of the late George Fenner, Joan Vanasse, Barbara Germain, and Evelyn James.
Her funeral will be held Saturday September 30, 2017 at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Timothy Church, Warwick Ave. at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
