Blanche L. Morrison, 73, formerly of Warwick, died Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Elmhurst Extended Care in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Morrison.
Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Trudel and Claire (St. Onge) Shurko. Blanche was the owner and operator of Terri’s Total Image Hair Salon in Providence until her retirement. She enjoyed traveling, music and dancing and resided in Warwick most of her life.
Blanche was the loving mother to: Kimberly Ann Morrison of Coventry, Tammy Jean Morrison-Rice of Providence, Thomas J. Morrison of Coventry and Arthur T. Morrison of Warwick. She was also a beloved grandmother and great-grandmother. She was the loving mother of the late Theresa Penta and Deborah Byron. Blanche was also the sister of Robert Trudel, Donna Shurko, Michael Shurko and the late Gerald Shurko.
Her funeral service and burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
