“A Night at the Club,” being held tonight from 5:30 to 7 p.m., will give the community a chance to see and try out some of the many engaging activities being offered at the new Boys & Girls Clubs of Warwick branch at the former Cooper Armory on Sandy Lane.

During this grand opening community event, the public will get a chance to explore some of the creative initiatives The Club will soon make available to middle school youth. Participants will be invited to perform screen printing in the Creative Center, create a beat in the Recording Studio, experience futuristic 4-D activities in the Gym/Theater, try gaming in the Teen Center and much more. Light snacks will also be available.

“Discover Your Passion,” “Find Your Voice,” “Develop Interests that Can Change Your Life,” – giving young teens options to thrive and have fun – that is the goal the new Boys & Girls Clubs of Warwick branch “The Club at Cooper” located in the former Lloyd Cooper Armory.

Beginning Monday, November 13, The Club will be open for middle school youth. It will provide a wide array of innovative programming to foster creativity, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) skill building, healthy lifestyles and self- expression. This will be the club’s third branch.
