Leaders of the RI Chapter of Physicians for a National Health Program (PNHP), J. Mark Ryan, MD and James Cowan, MD will explain “Medicare-for-all Single Payer, the public option,” and other proposals to fix our broken healthcare system and why the proposals’ differences matter Saturday, Aug. 17 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Warwick Public Library.
Light refreshments will be served. PNHP is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that educates the public about the need for universal, comprehensive single-payer national health insurance.
