Frank J. DeLuca, 70, of Grotto Avenue, Warwick, died March 1, 2012 at Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian, Fla. He was the husband of Beverley A. (Federico) DeLuca.
Born in Providence, a son of Gennarino and Mary (Varley) DeLuca, he lived in Warwick for 43 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. DeLuca was employed by American Hoechst Chemical Co. in Coventry, which later became Clariant Corporation, for over 20 years, retiring 10 years ago. He was earlier employed at Jay Printing Co. in Warwick for 13 years.
Besides his wife he is survived by a son, Paul D. DeLuca of Hyannis, Mass.; a daughter, Alison M. DeLuca of Groton, Conn.; two sisters, Geraldine Kronson of New Cumberland, Pa. and Christine Mencaccini of Wakefield; and two brothers, Richard DeLuca and David DeLuca, both of Narragansett.
His funeral will be held March 8 at 9 a.m. from Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Ave., Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Timothy Church, 1799 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Visiting hours are March 7 from 4-8 p.m. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
