There were no tricks, but lots of treats Thursday afternoon at the Pilgrim Senior Center.
Of course, that was the way the Halloween party was planned. The center was appropriately decorated for the occasion, as were the staff and those turning out for the event. Lest we forget, the baked goodies also carried off the Halloween theme.
Wearing black with a single letter hanging from their necks, the festivities started as the staff filed into the room to spell “Pilgrim rocks.” Chuck Holm turned up the music and some of the slinky cats, cool cowboys and even a beach gal made it to the floor. It was Halloween and a good reason to have a party.
