Join us at the Rhode Island Shriners’ Imperial Room to get help signing up for coverage or renewing your insurance for 2020. Enrollment Specialists will help you find, compare, and enroll in a health plan that meets your needs and budget.
To enroll or renew please bring for all members of your family:
- Last 4 weeks of pay stubs
- Social Security numbers
- Immigration documents
- Most recent tax return
Primary applicants should have:
- Photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
- Your HealthSource RI username and password if you’ve already created an account
- Any recent HealthSource RI or Medicaid notices that you have received
A walk-in flu shot clinic will be set up on site as well. A flu vaccine is a great way to protect yourself and your family from getting the flu.
