James T. Lancia


James T. "Jimmy The Hat" Lancia, 73, of Warwick, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on April 11, 2017 at the Roger Williams Medical Center.

Born in Providence, he is survived by his loving mom Barbara Lancia, his wife Patricia Lancia; his children, Angela Lancia of Warwick and Gerald Lancia of NH. Jimmy was known for his brilliant mind, excelling in criminal law and poetry.

He was the brother of Lana Parenteau of Naples FL, Bette Anne Campbell of Greenville, Armand Lancia of Warwick, Doreen Reca of W. Warwick, Cynthia Lancia of Warwick and Michael Lancia of Warwick. He was the grandfather of Caitlin and Keira Lancia; great-grandfather of Zoey and Cross Lester. He is preceded in death by Armando M. Lancia - Eileen (Sanna) Carello.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rita’s Church, 722 Oakland Beach Ave., Warwick, Saturday, April 22, 2017 @ 9am. Burial will be private. Information and Condolences, TuckerQuinnFuneralChapel.com
