Julianna Monteiro, 70, of Sparrow Point I, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Riverview Nursing Home in Coventry.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Alicia (Olivera) Belmore. Julianna was employed in the jewelry industry.
She is survived by one daughter, Dawn Shaw; one son, Frank Monteiro; grandchildren Julie, Nichole, Amanda and Holly Monteiro, Kayla Fontaine; great-grandchildren Summer, Gabe, Riley, Landen, Serinty and Lily; brothers John, Roger, Kenneth and Leo Belmore and Victor Luciano; and sisters Cindy, Tina and Tracy Belmore. She was the sister of the late Carol Benoit, Brenda Belmore, Philip and Allen Belmore.
A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, April 6 from 1-5 p.m. in the Tri-City Elks Lodge, 1915 West Shore Road, Warwick.
