Julio “Skippy” DiChristopher, 79, owner of the former Cranston Paving for many years, died April 6, 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Angela T. (Solomon) DiChristopher for 58 years.
He was a son of the late Giuliano and Maria (Serra) DiChristofaro.
He was the devoted father of Ronnie and John DiChristopher and Kathy Flori; loving grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brother of Costantino DiChristopher, Susie DeCiantis, Millie Doucette, Evelyn Royal and the late Theresa Marzilli, Margaret Marrapese and Mary Salera.
His funeral service will be held April 10 at 10 a.m. at Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. For information and condolences visit www.thequinnfuneralhome.com.
