worked at Kaman Bearings

Kenneth B. Howard died February 29, 2012 at his home. He was proudly and happily married to the late Marion Costello for 67 years.
He was the son of the late Charles and Mabel Ash Howard, born in 1922 at the Aldrich Estate in Warwick Neck, where his father was the caretaker. He graduated from Lockwood High School and organized many reunions for his class after his retirement from Kaman Bearings. He served his country during World War II with the United States Air Force. For 85 years he fished East Greenwich and Narragansett Bays, causing a huge depletion of bluefish.
He leaves his son, Kenneth B. Howard Jr. and his wife, Nancy, and the “last of the good guys,” his grandsons, Jeff, Jay and Doug Howard. He is predeceased by his sisters, Mary Kirkwood Bruen and Mabel V. Potter, and three brothers, Charles Raymond, James and Gilbert, as well as several generations of nieces and nephews.
Per his wishes there were no calling hours and burial was private.
