Lack of leadership
To the Editor:
While it is entirely possible that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s intervention could be the means through which a war with Syria is averted, it may come at a tremendous cost to the U.S.A. later on.
These are the consequences of the “lack of leadership” from President Obama, whose indecisiveness in reaching out to the people of Syria before, during and after his definitive “red line” on chemical weapons has now allowed for the president of Russia to speak more deservedly to the world and the American people than the president of the United States of America.
