American Money Centers, Inc., et al.

TO: any stockholders, creditors and any other persons claiming any interest in American Money Centers, Inc., a dissolved Rhode Island corporation, formerly located in Warwick, in the state of Rhode Island, Kenneth Cascella as he was President, CEO and Director of said corporation, now or formerly of Johnston in the state of Rhode Island or their heirs, devisees, legal representatives, successors or assigns.

You are hereby notified that a complaint has been filed by the above named plaintiffs in which you are named as an interested party. This complaint concerns a certain parcel of land in Westborough, Worcester County, and said Commonwealth being known as and numbered 26 Nash Street, plaintiffs’ title to said parcel is clouded by a mortgage given by Craig S. Harris and Beverly G. Harris to American Money Centers, Inc., said mortgage being dated April 23, 2003 and recorded with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds in Book 29844, Page 253, plaintiff alleges that all obligations secured by the aforementioned mortgage have been performed and that it is entitled to a discharge to clear the record and seeks a judgment to that effect.

This complaint may be examined at the Land Court, Boston, Massachusetts, or a copy obtained from plaintiff’s attorney.

If you intend to make any defense, you are hereby required to serve upon the plaintiff’s attorney, Alyssa M. Holmes, of Englander & Chicoine P.C. whose address is 44 School Street, Suite 800, Boston, MA 02108 an answer to the complaint on or before the third of December, next, the return day, hereof, and a copy thereof must be filed in this court on or before said day.

If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. Unless otherwise provided by Rule 13(a), your answer must state as a counterclaim any claim which you may have against the plaintiff which arise out of the transaction or occurrence that is the subject matter of the plaintiff’s claim or you will thereafter be barred from making such claim in any other action.

It is ORDERED that notice be given by publishing a copy of this notice once in Warwick Beacon, a newspaper published in Warwick, Rhode Island at least thirty days before the third of December.
