Laurie M. (Flynn) Cudmore, 61, passed away Thursday, February 9 2017 at Kent Hospital.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John Flynn and Joyce (McLaughlin) Newman. Laurie was employed as a billing specialist for Brennan Orthodontics and a waitress for Peter’s Coney Island.
She is survived by a daughter Amanda O’Brien and husband, David, a son Nicholas Cudmore and wife, Audra; brothers and sisters Deborah Dennis, Cynthia Magnotta, John Flynn, Earl Flynn, Kerry Flynn, Julie Belanger, Ernesto Silvio; she was the sister of the late Kenneth MacKinnon. Laurie was the grandmother of Kylie O’Brien, Katelyn O’Brien, Ethan O’Brien, Liam Cudmore and Carolyn Cudmore and aunt of 16 nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, February 14 2017 at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 p.m.
