Toll Gate Chiropractic, a chiropractic practice with locations in Warwick and Wakefield recently hired Linda Mathews as its new office manager. In this role, Mathews will handle all aspects of office management, including billing, patient benefit coordination, marketing and all administrative duties.
“We’re delighted to have Linda on board,” said Dr. David Dwyer, owner Toll Gate Chiropractic and a chiropractic physician. “She has extensive experience in billing and will be a tremendous asset in working with insurance companies and working with our patients.”
Prior to Toll Gate Chiropractic, Mathews ran her own billing company. She’s also worked for several companies in a billing capacity.
“I ran a billing company for eight years and my primary clients were chiropractors. So, I’m quite comfortable working in that environment,” said Mathews. “It’s only been a short time here, but Dr. Dwyer and the rest of the staff have been wonderful in making me feel at home.”
A Rhode Island native who grew up in Warwick, Mathews and her husband Mike live in Foster. They have three children.
