The Apponaug Brewing Company enjoyed its grand opening this past Friday and its first full weekend of operation. With a sun-soaked taproom and tasty dishes made to order, an outdoor patio area that sits along the banks of the Pawtuxet River within the sprawling brick buildings of the Pontiac Mill in Warwick, the brewery was full on Saturday afternoon as well. Patrons enjoyed the seven house-brewed beers on tap and the spacious outdoor area to gather, with full families and lots of couples enjoying the ambiance. (Warwick Beacon photos)
