Malcolm Perry Rogers, 90, of Sunny Cove Drive, Warwick, died January 25, 2012 at Greenwood Care & Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of the late Doris C. (McGrady) Rogers.

Born in Salisbury, New Brunswick, Canada, a son of the late Amasa B. and Martha M. (Hopper) Rogers, he lived in Warwick since 1947. He was a Royal Canadian Air Force veteran of World War II. Mr. Rogers was employed as a truck driver and mechanic for Texaco in Providence and Chelsea, Mass. before his retirement. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and the Warwick Grange.

He is survived by a son, Ronald A. Rogers and his wife, Carol, of Foxboro, Mass.; a foster daughter, Patricia Cabral of Warwick; two foster sons, Ronald Cabral of Woonsocket and Donald Cabral of Cranston; a sister, Elta Hall of Canada; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by three sisters, Marjorie, Edith and Ada.

His funeral service was held Jan. 28 in Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
