Michael J. Hartmann, 58, passed away Friday, September 20, 2019 at home after a 32-month battle with glioblastoma. He was the beloved husband of Donna (Raso) Hartmann.
He was a son of the late Maximilian A. and Hildegard T. (Herzog) Hartmann. He was employed as a toolmaker at Village Goldsmith for 10 years. Michael was an avid golfer and Patriots fan.
Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter, Lauren Akenson, and two sons, Jacob and Caleb Hartmann; one sister, Linda Grzyb; two grandchildren, Sophia and Maximilian; and his former wife, Kelly (Grady) Hartmann.
A visitation will be held Saturday, September 28 from 11 a.m. with A Celebration of Life to follow at 12 noon in Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick.
